Material characteristics and process design
1.Substrate selection:
Titanium coated stainless steel: Based on 304 stainless steel (thickness 0.3-3.0mm), the surface is coated with titanium (titanium gold, black titanium, etc.) through PVD process, and then combined with chemical/laser etching process to form patterns, which have both wear resistance and decorative properties.
Surface treatment: Etching depth of 0.05~0.5mm, supporting geometric texture, brand logo or relief effect, edge accuracy error ≤ 0.1mm.
2.Process adaptability:
The titanium coating and etching area can be overlaid, such as the elevator panel retaining the mirror titanium gold area for comparison with frosted etching.
