Champagne Hairline Etching
1. Material and process characteristics
Substrate and Coating:
- Using 304 stainless steel as the substrate (containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel), a champagne gold surface is formed through PVD coating technology, which combines low reflectivity and soft metallic texture.
- Hairline: Using cold rolling technology to form a uniform linear texture, with a delicate touch and anti fingerprint residue, suitable for high-frequency contact scenarios.
Etching process:
- Chemical or laser etching can be applied to the surface of hair patterns to customize geometric patterns, brand logos, or relief effects, enhancing decoration and wear resistance.
2. Application scenarios
Elevators and Building Decoration:
- Elevator door panels and cars: Champagne gold haired silk etched stainless steel plates are used for high-end residential and hotel elevator door panels (such as the Edunburgh series), paired with mirrored stainless steel to enhance spatial layering.
- Wall decoration and edging: Large sized panels (thickness 0.3~3.0mm) are used for the walls of shopping malls and office buildings to reduce the cold and hard feeling of metal through a matte surface.
Home and Industrial Design:
- Customized metal lines: such as skirting boards, wall waistlines, etc., with surface etching to enhance scratch resistance and adapt to light luxury styles.
