Bronze Sandblasted Stainless Steel Etching
1. Material characteristics and processes
Surface treatment:
- Bronze tone: A bronze coating is formed on the surface of 304 stainless steel substrate through PVD coating technology, combined with sandblasted process to achieve a matte texture, reduce reflection and enhance wear resistance.
- Etching process: Chemical or laser etching techniques are used to form geometric patterns, reliefs, or granular textures on the surface of bronze coatings (such as the "8k sandblasted bronze" effect), enhancing decorative and scratch resistant properties.
Substrate performance: 304 stainless steel (containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel) ensures excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for indoor and outdoor high-frequency contact scenarios.
2. Application scenarios
Architectural Decoration:
- The elevator door panels and car walls are made of bronze sandblasted etched stainless steel plates, combined with traditional wood carving or leather materials, creating a light luxury or Chinese style.
- The U-shaped edge strip and skirting board on the ground are etched with sandblasting to hide the joints, enhancing wear resistance and visual unity.
Industry and Home Furnishings:
- Customize furniture frames and bathroom hardware, using matte bronze color to reduce metal coldness and hardness, suitable for industrial style or minimalist design;
- The precision components such as the drone camera bracket are made of sandblasted and etched stainless steel, balancing lightweight and wear-resistant requirements.
