Light Champagne Gold & Grain Etching
1. Material characteristics and processes
Light champagne gold coating:

  • Using PVD coating technology (physical vapor deposition) to form a light champagne gold tone on the surface of 304 stainless steel substrate, low saturation metallic luster is achieved by adjusting the ratio of copper and titanium elements, suitable for modern light luxury and minimalist styles.
  • The substrate is made of 304 stainless steel (containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel) to ensure corrosion resistance and structural strength, suitable for high-frequency contact scenarios.

Grain Etching:

  • By using chemical or laser etching processes to form uniform particle textures on metal surfaces, the scratch resistance is enhanced, while reducing the intensity of reflection and improving the tactile delicacy.
  • The etching depth can be customized (0.05~0.5mm), suitable for decorative effects such as relief and frosted.

2. Application scenarios
Architectural Decoration:

  • The elevator doors, hotel walls, etc. are made of light champagne gold etched stainless steel plates, which weaken the metal's cold and hard feeling through matte particle texture and enhance the space's sense of luxury.
  • The U-shaped edge strip and skirting board adopt the same color etching process, hiding the seams and improving wear resistance.

Home and tableware:

  • Customized champagne gold etched stainless steel tableware (such as tall glasses, plates), with both antibacterial performance and decorative value;
  • Furniture frame surface particle etching treatment to prevent fingerprint residue and adapt to Nordic and industrial styles.

3. Processing and maintenance
Processing adaptability:

  • Support laser cutting, bending, and welding, with a pre coated PVC protective film on the surface to prevent transportation damage;
  • It can be combined with mirror polishing and local etching to create a contrasting effect of light and shadow.

Maintenance suggestion:

  • Regularly wipe with neutral detergent to avoid scratching by hard objects or corrosion of the coating by strong acids;
  • The dark particle etching area needs to reduce direct ultraviolet radiation to prevent fading.
