1. Material and process characteristics
Substrate selection: Made of 304 stainless steel (containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel), in compliance with international standards such as ASTM and AISI, with a thickness range of 0.3~3.0mm, suitable for high-precision etching processing.
Surface treatment: A mirror like effect is formed through mechanical or electrolytic polishing, with a reflectivity of over 90%, followed by chemical or laser etching. Geometric patterns, brand logos, or embossed textures can be customized.
Process adaptability: Supports single-sided/double-sided etching, with etching depth of 0.05~0.3mm, edge accuracy error ≤ 0.1mm, and maintains the reflective characteristics of the mirror area.

Elevator decoration:
Used for high-end residential and hotel elevator door panels and car interior walls, mirror etched stainless steel enhances the luxurious feel of the space, commonly seen in Edunburgh series elevator designs.
Combining acrylic LED backlight to achieve dynamic light and shadow effects (such as floor signage).
Architecture and Home Furnishings:
Curtain wall decorative panels and column cladding, with a thickness of 1.0-3.0mm, combining structural strength and artistic appeal;
Maintenance suggestion:
Regularly use neutral cleaning agents to wipe and avoid corrosive etching areas caused by strong acids and alkalis;
The mirror area can be maintained with soft cloth and alcohol to reduce fingerprint residue.
