304 mirror stainless steel
- High reflectivity (mirror or brushed surface) enhances spatial lighting efficiency, suitable for decorative panels, lamp frames, and other scenes, requiring multiple processes such as wire drawing and polishing.
- Strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, suitable for outdoor or humid environments such as canopies and bathrooms.
PVC material
- Traditional PVC is prone to aging and yellowing, but improved materials (such as medical grade TPU/TPE) can improve anti-aging performance, and are suitable for down lamp sealing ring or lightweight frame.
- When combined with stainless steel, it is necessary to alleviate the difference in thermal expansion through elastic structures (buckles, rubber strips).

Business and Home Decoration
- The 304 stainless steel mirror is paired with LED light sources (such as tube lights and lamp posts) to enhance the lighting range through reflection, reducing the need for lighting fixtures. It is suitable for scenarios such as shopping mall display cabinets and hotel corridors.
- PVC/TPU is used for sealing or frame of lighting fixtures, combined with stainless steel to achieve IP65 waterproof rating, suitable for environments such as kitchens and outdoor courtyards.

- The combination of stainless steel curved panels and PVC flexible components can be used to design curved ceilings or irregular lamp posts, meeting high-end customization needs such as art installations and elevator car decorations.
